- Iron, Vitamin B12, and Folic acid contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin which reduces tiredness and fatigue. Also, Iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body.
- Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
- Folic acid and Vitamin B12 contribute to normal psychological function, while Iron contributes to normal cognitive function.

Ingredients: Water; iron (III)-Pyrophosphate (coated with maize starch and lecithin); flavour; preservatives: sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate; acid: citric acid; thickener: xanthan gum; sweetener: sucralose; pteroylmonoglutamic acid; cyanocobalamin.
Direction of Use
- Shake well before use.
- Refrigerate after opening.
- 1 – 9 years: 0.5 ml per day
- 10 years of age and over: 1ml per day
